A gay arm is just something I made up based on the “limp wristed faggot” trope. Most girls, or “femme-y girls” bend their hand or arm at the elbow or wrist to appear more socially acceptably “feminine”. 

This is why when a guy does it, bend or twist their arm, it’s considered “GAY”. 

So it’s the opposite of a male’s effeminate limp wristed homo stereotype - it’s the lesbian version. Which means, you stand with your arm as STIFF AS A BOARD. Or stick it in a pocket and look like a dude wearing a dress.
